We will come to your office to teach you as a group. We will bring all of the equipment necessary to conduct a yoga class right in your boardroom. Our classes are designed for all experience levels and will help your employees relieve stress, reduce tension and prevent injury. The result? You will resume your work with more efficiency, productivity and grace.

PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS
Make your yoga practice convenient. Private instruction is the best way to work on specific aspects of your yoga practice. Whether you are looking for a vigorous, restorative or therapeutic practice, we can cater to your needs. Nothing compares to having the undivided attention of the instructor.
Private sessions
$70 per hour for 1-2 people
$25 per person for 3-5 people
$20 per person for 6-10 people
