Allie Newman began her yoga career in the Bikram style. After arriving in Tallahassee to pursue her B.A. in creative writing at FSU she experimented with Vinyasa at Prana Power Yoga and found it to be a perfect fit. Three years later she is nearing completion of her tenure at FSU and excited about teaching the Wednesday 6 p.m. class beginning February 3, 2010. When not on the mat Allie can be found at The Winery in Midtown where she works as a server. She is pictured with her cat, Liza.
