introduction to vinyasa - this class is perfect for beginners and those looking for a more moderately paced class. no experience or flexibility is required. the focus is on correct positioning of basic yoga postures within one’s own body to increase the freedom and mobility of the body while concentrating on quieting the mind. no prior yoga experience is necessary for participation.

intermediate flow - this class dives deep into all asanas with a non-aggressive approach and moderate pace which allows you to dissolve into a more open, graceful body and relax into a steady mind. this class is recommended for those who have been practicing at a beginner level for a minimum of 3 months.

advanced flow - a creative yoga flow class that combines an eclectic fusion of music intertwined with a variety of yoga postures, arm balances and inversions creating a dynamic sequence that radiates with strength, fluidity and grace. this class is recommended for those who have been practicing at an intermediate level for a minimum of 6 months.

foundations of yoga - a class designed for beginner and regular practitioners alike, foundations of yoga is an introduction to many core yoga poses found in a vinyasa practice. the class is shorter in length and less strenuous, with focus on technique and alignment. this practice is a nice compliment to an existing vinyasa practice, or a great introduction to the rhythm of vinyasa. no previous practice experience is necessary.
