
Jen Hura was introduced to the practice of yoga three years ago, and has since been an avid student. Jen began exploring the practice of yoga in search of a broader emotional, spiritual and physical connection to herself and the Divine and found it at Prana Power Yoga. Jen's goal as a teacher is to create a fun, lighthearted, yet challenging journey for students through an introductory level Vinyasa Flow class. When not on the mat, Jen works as a dental assistant.
