Attending Your First Class -
Once you have chosen the first class that you will be attending, arrive at the studio about ten minutes prior
to the scheduled start time. You will be asked to fill out a short waiver, then you will receive a tour of the
studio. Let the teacher know you are a new student and if you have any special physical circumstances or old injuries.
What to wear/bring -
Wear comfortable clothing. All of our classes are done barefoot. Bring water and a towel. The practice space is warm.
Mats -
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you do not, we have yoga mats for rental or for sale at the studio.
Perfume -
Please refrain from wearing perfume or other strong smelling fragrances.
Once class has started -
You may not enter a yoga class more than 15 minutes after it has begun. The warm up period is over and the
likelihood of injury is much greater. You may leave at any time to use the restroom, to get water or if you
do not feel well. At all times please be respectful of the class in session. If you will need to leave the
class early, please let the instructor know prior to the beginning of class.
Food -
Do not eat for 3-4 hours prior to the beginning of class. Water during class is optional, but be sure to drink plenty afterward.
New students on their first time visit, can purchase a one time introductory offer of 2 months unlimited for $100
or a 10 day unlimited pass for $20.
